NHS Claims Manager
Using the NHS Claims manager, you can view the practice UDA’s totals, manage signed and unsigned forms, and process and responses all within the Pearl Dental software.
1. To access this, click on Manage NHS Claims at the top of the screen, then NHS Claims Manager.
2. From the Summary Tab, we can see all the forms and statuses, total UDA/UOA’s for each month, a Practice UDA or UOA Counter, and remaining UDA/UOAs for the Contract.
3. Viewing the UDA Counter will open a report in which you can select any contract and input a date range (by default the contract year).
4. Any closed courses of treatment that do not have an FP17 will be listed here when you press the 
button.
