Searching for a Patient
1) Click on the Patient Search button from any page, located in the top left corner
2) Enter your search term. You can search for various details such as:
- First and/or Last name – Order is irrelevant
- Date of Birth – MUST have slashes eg 01/01/2000
- Postcode
- Phone Numbers
- Patient Id
3) To navigate to a patient, you can either double click on the patient or press enter (on your keyboard) to instantly navigate to the first result.
Note
If searching for an inactive patient remember to untick the “Active only” checkbox otherwise only patients that are currently active will be returned
