We’re proud to say that Willows Dental Group has been a valued customer of Pearl Dental Software for several years after using R4 previously. Vishal and Anubha initially selected our software due to its user-friendly interface and our strong customer support. Anubha states “Pearl have always been good with their very strong customer service. They’ll always return your call, they’ll always try to solve a problem”. Prior to selecting Pearl Dental Software, Vishal had previous experience with it, which further solidified their decision to adopt the software.

Anubha says “using Pearl had a very positive uptake from staff and they found several ways of solving the same problem”. A solution to this was the fact that Pearl is cloud-based and therefore can be accessed anywhere. “I take my laptop everywhere. Around the country and even around the world. If we need access to Pearl, we can do that from wherever.”
