Generate your own tab in patient records A new tab can be set up to display within patient records. To set this up you would need to access custom questionnaires. Settings > Communication Setup > Questionnaire Templates Add a new questionnaire You will see the section “show as patent record tab” if this is ticked, the Tab name will display to enter a name for the new tab. Complete the questionnaire details with the information you wish to capture. This has now added the new tab displayed next to Medical History! Once the questions have been completed they will display in the new tab as follows.
