FTA Manager
FTA Appointments can be managed through the FTA Manager.
Navigate to the practice diary > Diary Management > FTA Manager
The patients are colour coded
Red patients have not consented to communications
Orange patients are under 18 on the day of the appointment
From here you can block the patient
Add a reason for the FTA
View the patient’s appointment history
View the patient record
Selecting the print icon will display a report where the following parameters can be selected
Also view and change the communication templates if necessary
