Bulk Moving Appointments
Open the Practice Diary > Diary Management > Move / Copy / Cancel Day
The following window will open to select the function, staff member, and date. In this example we are moving all the appointments for Dr Ben Baker from the 28/01/2026 to the 04/02/2026.
Once you have selected Confirm Moving if the Appointments the following question and confirmation will show
Bulk Copying Appointments
Open the Practice Diary > Diary Management > Move / Copy / Cancel Day
The following window will open to select the function, staff member, and date. In this example we are copying the appointments for Dr Ben Baker from the 18/03/2026 to the 25/03/2026
Once you have selected Confirm Moving if the Appointments the following question and confirmation will show
Once confirmed you can see the appointments have been copied from the 18th to the 25th.
Bulk Cancelling Appointments
Open the Practice Diary > Diary Management > Move / Copy / Cancel Day
The following window will open to select the function, staff member, and date. In this example we are cancelling the appointments for Dr Ben Baker for the 25/03/2026
Once you have selected Confirm Cancellation if the Appointments the following question and confirmation will show
Once confirmed the appointments are cancelled from the diary.
