Adding Patients to a Waiting List
When a patient cancels, they can be added to a list and rebooked from the list. To do this add a tick to the box when appointments are cancelled.
Open the Cancellation list from Dairy Management and select waiting list. There is also short notice and new patient available from the drop down.
