Ben Baker

Ben’s passion for technology began unusually early. At just 14, he started studying for a degree with the Open University, driven by a curiosity that has never faded. Today, that same curiosity underpins everything he builds and leads.

Away from the keyboard, Ben enjoys green-laning on motorcycles, going for a run, or quietly thinking a few moves ahead over a game of chess. He’s a family man and values spending as much time as possible with his young family.

Ben is also deeply passionate about developing people. He enjoys mentoring aspiring programmers and experimenting with new ideas, often found refining systems and infrastructure in his ever-evolving home data centre.
