Pearl Dental Software uses the ‘Software as a Service’ (or SaaS) model for pricing and support. This means no big capital investment in software and a simple, regular subscription each month.
With rolling contracts, you’re not locked in. Stay because it works, not because you’re tied down.
We believe in honesty, so our transparent pricing means no hidden costs, no hardware upgrades, and no surprise fees – just clear, upfront pricing.
Software Licence
You can use Pearl on as many PCs within the building as you wish, we charge by the number of surgeries / rooms not the number of PCs.

Online Backup
Pearl can provide you with secure, encrypted online backup. Backups are taken automatically once a day. An email will be sent to your practice to confirm the data has been successfully backed up and alert you to any issues in the rare instances they occur.

SMS Credit Bundles
SMS bundles can be requested via the program or purchased over the phone. The payment will be taken in the next monthly direct debit along with the monthly licence cost unless requested otherwise.

Online Booking
Pearl offers a seamless online booking system that lets your patients schedule appointments at their convenience, directly through your practice’s website. They can also securely pay deposits online, helping to reduce no-shows and save your team valuable time.
