Dr Vishal Bhunjun and Dr Anubha Bhunjun lead Willows Dental Group, an established multi-site practice operating across three locations in Belton, Market Rasen, and Brigg. Since adopting Pearl, Willows Dental Group has seen major improvements in flexibility, efficiency, and team confidence. Pearl’s cloud-based platform has been especially valuable in supporting their flexible working approach. “I take my laptop everywhere,” says Vishal. “Around the country and even around the world. If we need access to Pearl, we can do that from wherever.” The ability to manage appointments, records, and tasks remotely — with automatic backups — has made operations more seamless and secure.
Customer support continues to be a standout feature. When opening their Market Rasen site, Anubha recalls calling Pearl “about 25 times in that day,” adding, “and they were fine with that.” This level of responsiveness has provided the team with peace of mind and allowed them to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
The team also values Pearl’s openness to feedback and collaborative approach to development. As Vishal says, “they’re always improving their system. If you have an idea, they listen and see if they can make it happen from an engineer’s point of view.”
