Medical History Setup
To access the medical history setup. Go to Settings > Medical History Setup > Medical Warnings
This will open the current Medical History set up, from here you can edit a question and apply an alert. Change the positioning of the question using the arrows to move up and down the page or add a new question with the + icon.
