Update Patients Active Status
This utility allows you to update the status of all patients who have not been to the practice for your specified period of time and do not have any future appointments to ‘Dormant’.
Update a Active Patients Status
1) Go to Utilities -> Update Patients’ Active Status.
2) A new window will pop up. Enter a threshold date to set the patients before this date to dormant. Click the ‘Update’ button to change their status’s to dormant.
