Total Payments

Total Payments

Shows all payments (with patient names) between two dates, grouped by practitioner and payment type.

1. Filter the report using the date range selector at the top of the screen. this can be done either typing in a date or using the calendar buttons.


2. Select the staff members you would like to view the total payments for using the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.

3. You can change the Payment type by selecting from the following options: NHS, Private, Sundry.


4. Select the Preview Button to generate the report.


5. The report will show you amounts, notes, and payment types.


Longer reports may go over 1 page. You can navigate through the pages at the top.


The last page of the report will show totals for the practice and group the payments into NHS, Private and Sundry for each practitioner.
