New Patient Referrals

Shows all patients registered between two dates, grouped by referring dentist. Information included with each patient are who their registered dentist is, what the next appointment is for that patient and what previous appointment that patient has had.

1. To generate a new report, select a date range using the date selector buttons at the top of the screen. You can either type in a date using the dd/mm/yyyy format or use the calendar button.
