BHA announces the availability of Pearl for private practices
BHA Software Limited today announced the availability of the latest member of the Pearl family of software systems for dentists. Pearl Dental Software builds on BHA’s 20 years of experience in practice management systems to deliver the most complete patient journey support currently available in the UK.
Pearl Dental Software was announced on 6th February and is now available for evaluation and purchase by independent private dentists and small chains. It is a full-function practice management system with an enhanced user interface and support for cloud computing.
The new version of Pearl has gone through an extensive Beta test and early-adopter programme to ensure its quality matches the excellent reputation established by earlier Pearl products. The new architecture and user interface have improved data handling and made the system one of the easiest to use and most intuitive software packages on the market.
One of the early adopters is Bridgend Dental in South Wales. Natalie, a receptionist at Bridgend Dental Surgery, says; “One thing that’s important to us is the system has to be intuitive for everyone. That makes it easy to learn and improves the accuracy of the information people enter into it. This is where Pearl shines. Everyone can understand it very quickly. And although you can move around the system easily, it only shows you the information you need for that task.”

New user and Upgrade costs
- Upgrade to the new system for existing Pearl users is free. However, there is a one-off charge of £375 for user training and set-up support.
- For all users, Pearl is charged on a per-surgery, per month basis. Up-to-date prices can be found on the website: pearldentalsoftware.com/pricing/
- For new customers (for practices based in the UK) there is a one-off installation and training day that costs from £575.00 plus VAT.
