Patient Retention made Easy
We are excited to announce our new Planned Appointments feature! This has been very heavily requested by many of you over the past few months as a great solution to improve communication throughout your practice. We’re taking the guesswork out of reception when it comes to what and when to book appointments, so you can deliver the best patient journey every time. Practitioners in surgery can create appointments from the charting screen that can then be booked at reception in seconds reducing wait times and ensuring the most appropriate appointment is booked for that patient.

- Ensuring the correct amount of time between each stage of treatment to deliver the best patient journey!
The icon for planned appointments can be found below the treatment plan on the charting page.
Once clicked practitioners can specify appointment type (ex. Crown Prep), appointment length and when to book the appointment (1 day, 1 week, 1 month etc from todays date).
Once saved, reception will then see a notification when they are on that patient’s record indicating that there is a planned appointment waiting to be booked.
Reception can then drag and drop the appointment into a slot on the diary. Alternatively, they can double click a free slot and it will prompt them to book the planned appointment if there’s one waiting to be booked for that patient.
